Due to the quarantine currently in effect to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are unable to provide the same in-person service we have previously offered. However, we are doing everything possible to make sure we remain available to all of you in the Chemistry department.
We will be maintaining our “walk-in” hours of 10am-5pm, only these will be held remotely. Options for contacting us include Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and – as always – email firstname.lastname@example.org. On Teams, check the availability status (Available, Away, Offline, etc.) to know who is on shift at the time. Whenever one of us is working, we’ll make sure we’re marked as Available.
If you have questions about anything, please reach out to us! We’re here to help in any way we can, whether it’s installing and licensing software, getting remote desktop set up, or working out videoconferencing issues.
