Installing Outlook 2019

Before Outlook can be configured. Microsoft Office must be installed first. The installation guide can be seen below.

1. You will need to be able to get the installer from the Jukebox folder of our Chem-jukebox server. Please follow this link to find instructions on how to access Chem-jukebox.
   Navigate down to the “MSOffice” folder.
   
2. Open the “Office2019 (Mac)” folder.
   
3.  Double click the “Office-2019-Install.pkg” to start the install.
   
4. You will be met with the installer to guide you through the installation process.
   
5. Click continue.
   
6. Click continue to agree to their terms of service.
   
7. Find an appropriate place to install Microsoft Office.
   
8. You might be prompted to sign in to allow the installation to proceed.
   
9. Wait for the download which may take some time and then you’re set.
   
10. To find Outlook go to “Applications” on the left hand side.
    
11. Within Applications you will need to navigate down to Outlook and you’ll need to sign in after opening to access your account.
