Using Your Firstname.Lastname Alias

WSU provides an alias for all email users. Your email user name may be a short form of your full name, or a nickname. If you want to use a more formal version of your name for email, you can use your firstname.lastname alias e.g. butch.cougar@wsu.edu versus butch@wsu.edu. Messages sent to either address will be received but you can distribute your alias to contacts when you think it is appropriate.
