Fetch the Driver<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Connect to Chem-jukebox<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to the Ricoh 8300s Drivers > PC > 1.PCL6V4_Universal_Print-No_Win7<\/strong> folder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Launch the n87160L1.exe<\/strong> application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions in the install wizard to:\n
      \n
    • Choose a temporary folder for the Winzip Self-Extractor<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Choose a folder to unzip files to (Desktop<\/strong> recommended)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Unzip<\/strong> the files <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Run the RV_SETUP.exe<\/strong> application (located on the Desktop<\/strong> or whatever location you chose in step 4).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Agree to the the End User License Agreement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select a setup method<\/strong>: choose Network<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select a device<\/strong>: choose Pro 8300s<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Install Device Software Manager<\/strong>: Do NOT<\/strong> check the Install Device Software Manager<\/strong> tickbox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Finish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Adding User PIN for 305 Ricoh printer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      In order to use the Ricoh printer in 305, you must have been granted access and given a PIN. This guide will show you how to add the feature once the printer has already been installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Open the Control Panel<\/strong> from the Start Menu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Navigate to Devices and Printers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Right-click on PCL6 V4 Driver for Universal Print<\/strong> and select Printing Preferences<\/strong>\n

        • This name may vary depending on what name you gave it. Click on whichever printer is the 305 Ricoh printer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Under Job Type<\/strong> select Hold Print<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click Details…<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • In the Enter User ID<\/strong> field, enter the last 4 digits of your WSU ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click OK<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Switch to the Detailed Settings<\/strong> tab. Here you will repeat similar steps from above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Under Job Type<\/strong> select Hold Print<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • In the User Code<\/strong> field, enter the last 4 digits of your WSU ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click Details…<\/strong> and ensure that your WSU ID appears in the Enter User ID<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
