{"id":6053,"date":"2024-01-19T12:35:33","date_gmt":"2024-01-19T20:35:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chem.wsu.edu\/fulmerit\/?page_id=6053"},"modified":"2026-06-02T14:39:36","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T21:39:36","slug":"jukebox-with-windows","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/chem.wsu.edu\/fulmerit\/jukebox-with-windows\/","title":{"rendered":"Jukebox with Windows"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accessing Chem-Jukebox from Windows 10 &amp; 11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>If you are not on the Pullman campus, connect to <a href=\"https:\/\/its.wsu.edu\/its-services\/globalprotect-vpn\/\">GlobalProtect VPN<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open File Explorer.\n<ul>\n<li>You can search for File Explorer from the Start Menu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Address Bar at the top, enter: <code><strong>\\\\Chem-Jukebox.ad.wsu.edu<\/strong><\/code> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authenticate by using your WSU Network ID &#038; Password:\n<ul>\n<li>Your NID must begin with\u00a0<code><strong>AD\\<\/strong><\/code>\u00a0(e.g.,\u00a0<code><strong>AD\\butch.cougar<\/strong><\/code>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not include @wsu.edu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>If your username is auto-filled (incorrectly), you may not have included <code><strong>AD\\<\/strong><\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201cMore choices\u201d\n<ul>\n<li>Select \u201cUse a different account\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type your username in with&nbsp;<code><strong>AD\\<\/strong><\/code>&nbsp;before it and hit Enter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify that you are&nbsp;connected to <a href=\"https:\/\/its.wsu.edu\/its-services\/globalprotect-vpn\/\">GlobalProtect VPN<\/a>.&nbsp;If you are still having issues email <a href=\"mailto:Chem.FulmerIT.Help@wsu.edu\">FulmerIT<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chem-Jukebox.ad.wsu.edu should show its available resources.
