CHP Secondary Labeling System
Purpose
Primary labeling comes on commercial labels. All secondary labels must meet HAZCOM standards (29 CFR 1910.1200). At minimum it has materials name/common name along with appropriate hazard warnings.
Required Sections
Describe how any non-commercial containers will be labeled and a list of people who will be trained on HAZCOM regulations and implementing proper labeling.
