Jukebox with Windows

Accessing Chem-Jukebox from Windows 10 & 11

1. If you are not on the Pullman campus, connect to GlobalProtect VPN.
2. Open File Explorer.
   • You can search for File Explorer from the Start Menu
3. In the Address Bar at the top, enter: \\Chem-Jukebox.ad.wsu.edu
4. Authenticate by using your WSU Network ID & Password:
   • Your NID must begin with AD\ (e.g., AD\butch.couger)
   • Do not include @wsu.edu.

Troubleshooting

1. If your username is auto-filled (incorrectly), you may not have included AD\
2. Select “More choices”
   • Select “Use a different account”
   • Type your username in with AD\ before it and hit Enter.
3. Verify that you are connected to GlobalProtect VPN. If you are still having issues email FulmerIT.
4. Chem-Jukebox.ad.wsu.edu should show its available resources. Some resources are shared printers, some are shared folders.
