Travelers to/from Spokane Airport:

Sunday the 27th:

A WSU van will leave the airport at 8:30 p.m. for those arriving after the 4:00 p.m. departure time of the Wheatland bus. A second WSU van will leave the airport after the last 3 arrivals, around 10:00 p.m. or until all travelers are accounted for. Both of these vans will drop you off at the dorm. If you look at the map above of the Spokane airport, you will see two big yellow parking garages. The parking garage closest to the airport has a round circle directly to the left of it. Just north of that circle is an open sided rectangle which shows a very small parking lot. Our WSU vans will park in that lot. Just for reference, there is a line on the map dissecting the parking lot that runs down to a pink box that says Group and Visitor Information Center.

August 3rd:

Three WSU vans will leave the dorms at WSU and return to the Spokane airport. You will be assigned to one based on your departure time. Please keep in mind that it takes approx. 2 hours to get to the airport from Pullman and that you should arrive 1 – 2 hours prior to your departure time.

Van 1: Will leave WSU at 3:45 a.m.
Van 2: Will leave WSU at 6:30 a.m.
Van 3: Will leave WSU at 9:50 a.m.

August 4th:

Two Wheatland Express buses will take travelers back to the airports. They will pick up at the dorms. Departure times are as follows:

Bus 1: Will leave WSU at 4:30 a.m.
Bus 2: Will leave WSU at 10:00 a.m.

Pullman Airport:

All travelers flying into and out of the Pullman airport will be picked up and delivered according to their flight schedules. The airport is only 2-3 miles away from the University so we will be shuttling travelers as needed.
