Jamie earned her PhD in Chemistry from WSU in 2016 and is now a radioanalytical chemist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
She joined NIST as a National Research Council post-doctoral associate in 2017 and was appointed the neutron depth profiling (NDP) instrument custodian in 2018. In November 2021, Jamie contributed to one of NIST’s blogs by giving a behind-the-scenes look at detecting the flavors of important elements with neutron depth profiling.
