Fetch the Driver

*Note: Once the printer is installed, you will need to set up your PIN with the new printer driver in order to be able to print.

1. The drivers are available on Jukebox, which is located on chem-diamond3.ad.wsu.edu
   
2. Depending which system requirements your machine has, there is a x86 (32-bit) and a x64 (64-bit) driver. Double click the appropriate folder.
   
3. Once the folder is open, double click the z69683L11 Application and select Run.

4.  This should bring up a window to extract the folder. Accept the terms and click Next until you get to the Select Folder.

Click Browse and find the Downloads folder to extract the folder to and click OK. 

5.  Finally, click Next to extract the folder to Downloads. The extracted folder will be used when installing the printer.

Add the Printer (Windows 10)

In the preceding step, you downloaded the driver for Marvette. Now you must use Windows’ control panel to add the printer.

1. Open the control panel. Go to the Devices and Printers applet. Click the Add a printer button.                                                                                                                                                                
2. Click The Printer that I want isn't listed
   
3. Choose the Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings
   
   
4. The IP address for the printer is diamond8.chem.wsu.edu. Make sure that Query the printer automatically is unchecked.
   
5. Windows will offer a list of printer drivers. The Ricoh driver is not available in this list. Click Have Disk....
   
6. Windows will ask for the location of the driver. Click the Browse button.
   
7. Navigate to the location of the extracted files from the preceding step and click OK.
   
   
8. Windows will list the drivers available from the location you entered. Choose the Gestetner MP C300SR PCL 6.
   
9. If this printer was previously installed on your machine, you may get this message. If not, skip to step 10. Click Replace the current driver.
   
10. Change the printer name to Marvette.
    
11. If the printer is successfully added, click Finish.
12. Once the printer is installed, you will need to set up your PIN with the new printer driver in order to be able to print.
